[Bug-mailfromd] sendmail access map connect: alternative

I am using the sendmail access map and disallow connections with such 
statements[1] This disallows a host from connecting with a reverse dns 
lookup name matching one in the table.

How can I move this check from from sendmail to mailfromd?

Before this block I would like to put an email dns whitelist, that 
bypasses this 'net' block. Eg. Say some client at your-server.de did not 
configure their reverse dns. He can give me his email address and when I 
put this on the whitelist it bypasses the connect block.
