[Bug-mailfromd] dmarc best practice

Hi Sergey,

I was wondering if you have some advice on processing dmarc on incoming mail servers. Currently I have some mail processing flow and was thinking putting this at the end. In my configuration I am having a variable with the spf test result. So I prefer to use this variable value instead of some dmarc function doing these dns lookups again automatically.

I am also curious about this report sending when and how this is done. I don't even get why a sender should decide if email should be accepted or not. Spammers will always configure this to be set to accept. That is why I would like to put this check at the end of my email processing.
