No, not that I really need it.  I am simply thinking what to do with the
corresponding configuaration options.  I mean, when configuring the
guile module, the user must set the `-debug' option in order to enable
stack traces.  If there's no way to toggle traces, I'll simply remove
that option or make it a no-op.
