My spammers are perfectly able to configure spf and other dns records. They are even doing this dynamically, just before they start spamming.

I don't really see that much about reporting implementations eg. If one states to be 'dmarc compliant' I would expect that, either your incomming or outgoing mail servers need to archive data and send this report to the mailto in the txt record specified.

The reporting format for failure reports. Allowed values are "afrf" and "iodef". 

Don't you think a function that grabs the dmarc record into some variables/object/array could be handy (in the future)?
